Remember, the Master Plan is not a Zoning Ordinance but a guide for future zoning changes.
Changing the Master Plan does not immediately affect property zoning. However, future zoning changes will align with the Master Plan map. You can download the plan in two parts: Maps and Text.
Special Notice – Master Plan Update
As noted in the Planning Commission meeting on March 3, 2018, the 2012 Master Plan was reviewed and approved without changes. The plan is currently under review again, as of February 12, 2024. The proposed timeline is below. For more details, see Paragraph 7 of the April 15, 2024, meeting minutes. PC Chairman John Porter welcomes public comments in the linked memo.
